Overview and metrics
Read each metric according to its actual time window and source.
Capture and signatures
- Webhooks (24h): captures in the rolling 24-hour window, compared with the preceding 24 hours.
- Signature valid: the recorded verification proportion; unchecked events remain distinct from valid or invalid.
- Hourly charts summarize captured activity and recorded invalid signatures.
- Error/signature metrics describe signature failures; they are not a general measure of destination HTTP failures or payment outcomes.
Unavailable measurements
The capture API does not provide ingest latency samples for these widgets. Average and percentile latency are shown as unavailable rather than estimated. No latency SLO can be inferred from the overview.
A failed refresh leaves an error notice and Retry action; previously loaded values are not proof of current service health.
Sources and event history
Source summaries include recent activity and recorded last-event times. Recent events can open the exact event in its source through a deep link. Event history paginates; currently displayed rows are not the complete organization history.
Source details show capture and signature metadata separately from original delivery state. The private body is loaded through its dedicated endpoint, not inserted into overview lists.
Usage and reports
Billing counts current UTC calendar-month usage, distinct from rolling 24-hour and 30-day windows. The PDF report labels each section’s period. It is an activity summary, not a subscription invoice.
